fin de contribuir y preservar la seguridad de la navegaci\u00f3n y las obras exigidas en el r\u00edo Uruguay en el tramo compartido por las Rep\u00fablicas Oriental del Uruguay y Argentina.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-64bb18e9 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"64bb18e9\" Pa\u00edses por intermedio de sus Prefecturas, utilizando sus respectivas Estaciones Costeras y Centro de Control como 29 de Julio de 1983, la Comisi\u00f3n Administradora del R\u00edo Uruguay aprob\u00f3 el Sistema Combinado de Informaci\u00f3n y Control para la Seguridad de la Navegaci\u00f3n en el R\u00edo Uruguay (SICOSENARU).<\/span><\/p><p style=\"color: #7a7a7a;\">Las funciones del Sistema Combinado de Informaci\u00f3n y Control para la Seguridad de la Navegaci\u00f3n en el R\u00edo Uruguay son las siguientes:<\/p><p style=\"color: #7a7a7a;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bolder;\">a)<\/span>\u00a0Mantener un control real y eficiente del Movimiento de Buques.<\/p><p style=\"color: #7a7a7a;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bolder;\">b)<\/span>\u00a0Facilitar el intercambio de informaciones para el cumplimiento de los planes de emergencia en caso de desastre o incidentes mar\u00edtimos en el \u00e1rea de aplicaci\u00f3n del Sistema.<\/p><p style=\"color: #7a7a7a;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bolder;\">c)<\/span>\u00a0Intercambiar informaci\u00f3n sobre las Estaciones Costeras y Centros de Control de las Partes, cuando sea necesario, acerca de movimientos portuarios de buques que entran y salen del Sistema y<\/p><p style=\"color: #7a7a7a;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bolder;\">d)<\/span>\u00a0Atender el Servicio de Radiodifusi\u00f3n para la Seguridad de la Navegaci\u00f3n, manteniendo actualizada la informaci\u00f3n del Estado del Tiempo, Balizamiento, etc., emitiendo Boletines Meteorol\u00f3gicos y Radio Avisos N\u00e1uticos.<\/p><p style=\"color: #7a7a7a;\"><span style=\"font-weight: bolder;\">El presente informe tiene como finalidad compartir la informaci\u00f3n actualizada en forma mensual por parte del Sistema Combinado de Informaci\u00f3n y Control para la Seguridad de la Navegaci\u00f3n del R\u00edo r\u00edo Uruguay.<\/p><p>Tres de estos puertos son p\u00fablicos, siendo administrados por el Estado (Concepci\u00f3n del Uruguay, Paysand\u00fa y Fray Bentos), en tanto, las restantes dos terminales
